On October 16, I will be supporting Greg Miller for City Council. I encourage you to look closely at Greg’s platform. You will see that Greg offers strong and positive leadership and that he will represent the needs of Ward 4 communities very well as a member of City Council."
Over the past year I know Greg has been knocking on Ward 4 doors and listening to resident concerns about their communities and about what they want for their families. He has put what he heard into his policy platform and has taken the time to educate himself on the issues important to all of us. Through volunteer work on his Community Centre board, Greg has shown that he is not afraid to commit to the hard work needed to represent us. This, coupled with his education and career experience, are an excellent foundation for the skills needed in civic leadership.
The communities comprising Ward 4 are diverse, and parts of the Ward are in need of improved transit and infrastructure. Recently, it was announced that the much needed Green Line will stop short of Ward 4. We need the voice of a councillor to advocate for Ward 4, but also to forge partnerships with council colleagues to benefit all Calgarians. I am satisfied that if elected, Greg will be the city councillor we all want in the Ward. He will listen, be proactive in his involvement, and be a strong voice at the council table.
On October 16, I will be supporting Greg Miller for City Council. If you are a resident of Ward 4, I encourage you to look closely at Greg’s platform. I believe you will see that Greg offers us strong and positive leadership and that he is the person who will best serve Ward 4 communities on City Council.
